What to Expect During a Tricia Class
Tricia believes the best workout is the one you enjoy doing, and she puts her heart into each and every class. Her personal training, cheerleading and athletic background come together to make her classes an energetic mix of creative movements set to the beat with a focus on form. As a former kindergarten teacher, Tricia always loves a good theme, so get ready to sweat it out, build muscle and come out stronger to a variety of different types of musical genres. You’ll never get the same workout twice!

Tricia cannot choose just one! Whenever she takes class, she has such a blast. Tricia started group fitness as a barre instructor, but absolutely love all the endorphins I get from cardio classes. From kickboxing to Tabata to yoga and all of our original remixed classes, Remix is my home away from home. 💙
