Remix Yoga

Our yoga follow the lineage of Ashtanga yoga or more commonly called Vinyasa flow. Our Remixed Yoga classes are perfect for both those new to yoga and those who have been practicing yoga for some time. We focus on pairing the breath with movement as we build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Our Remixed Yoga challenges the mind as well as the body.

Remix Flex

Find balance, flexibility and recover in our Remixed Flex, a 15-minute stretch-based class that’ll have you feeling relaxed and more than ready to tackle the rest of your day. Our Remixed Flex is the perfect way to soothe sore muscles, prevent injury and improve your posture. Develop body awareness while practicing that oh-so-difficult skill to master – mindfulness. Leave class feeling rested and at peace.
