It holds you accountable
When you have your classes booked in advance, it’s a lot easier to follow through. It’s so easy to let your calendar fill up when you don’t have time blocked off.
It’s a nice reminder
When you book your classes in advance, then you’ll receive a nice little reminder email so you don’t forget. If you’re someone who takes the virtual classes it’s especially nice because you can wait until the very last second before you pop on.
It helps you block time for you
Think about it. You wouldn’t miss out on a doctor’s appointment when it’s right there in your calendar. Exercise, self care, is YOUR time. Block it off so you ensure that you get that time for you.

How do I even book my class?
You can book your class on the website or through your mindbody app. Email [email protected] if you have any questions or if you want someone to walk you through in person or over zoom.
How far in advance should I book my classes?
Everyone is different. I schedule time to plan out my week each week, so I book my classes weekly. Or, if you want to be WAY ahead of the game, we’d recommend booking your classes out a month in advance.
Would you ever book my classes for me?
Of course! As you leave class, if you want to make sure that your class gets booked, feel free to let the front desk know and they can easily add you to whatever class you’d like.
