Remix Guidelines

  • Classes can be booked through the Remix Fitness app or on our website.
    Simply create an account, log in, choose your class, and reserve your spot. We recommend booking ahead, as many classes fill up in advance.

  • We have an 8-hour late cancel policy.
    Cancellations made within 8 hours of class and no-shows will result in a lost class or a late fee of $15. If an emergency comes up, email us at [email protected]

  • We understand things come up and schedules can be busy.
    If you need to arrive late or leave early, we just ask that you email us ahead of time and give your instructor a quick heads up.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the app or website.
    If a spot opens up, you’ll automatically be added to class and notified by email or text. If you no longer plan to attend, please remove yourself to avoid a late cancel.

  • Yes, all memberships are set to auto-renew.
    Your membership will continue at the end of your term unless you email us at [email protected] to cancel with at least 30 days’ notice.

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    If you have a unique situation, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we’re happy to take a look.

  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class.
    This gives you time to check in, get set up, and settle in before we get started.

  • Some classes have assigned spots and some are first come, first served.
    If spots are assigned, you’ll select yours when booking. In open-format classes, you can choose any available space when you arrive.

  • We’re all about creating a positive, respectful space for everyone.
    Please silence your phone, be mindful of those around you, and follow your instructor’s guidance during class.

  • In the case of bad weather or unexpected situations, we’ll keep you updated via email and text. If you’re unable to make it due to weather or an emergency, email us at [email protected] and we’re happy to take you out of class.

  • Email is the best way to reach us at [email protected]. You can also call or text the studio, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re typically available by phone while classes are in session.
