  • Expect to sweat, build muscle, listen to amazing music and walk out of class feeling strong and confident. Our Remix classes are 30-45 minutes long depending on the class and can be tailored to meet any fitness level.

  • At Remix, we do not require any prior experience* or specific fitness level. Our clients range from first time exercisers to long time fitness fans. We offer modifications and challenges in every class so that each individual will be appropriately challenged. You will get a personalized experience from beginning to end.

  • Yes! Our membership is definitely worth it if you can make at least two Remix classes a week. Members receive unlimited classes, 10% off all retail, access to special events and a free one-on-one with a registered dietitian, VIP call and more!

  • Yes! Here at Remix, we decided to mix up the typical child care center you find in gym settings. Our Lil’Remix Playroom is not only a space children, ages 3 months and up, can feel safe, comfortable and have fun, but also one that fosters learning.

  • Wear something that you’ll feel comfortable moving and sweating in! For our Method, Sculpt and Cardio classes, we recommend wearing sneakers, and for our Barre and Flex classes we recommend sticky socks.

    You can grab a pair of StickyBe socks right in our studio along with a lot of other amazingly stylish workout gear for both men and women from lululemon, Style Reform, Noli and Kitsch in addition to our own branded gear.

    For spin class, you can wear sneakers or bring along SPD compatible cleats.

  • We recommend committing to Remix 4-5 times a week for fast-acting results.* Unlike other studios that offer one genre of exercise, Remix offers an assortment of workouts. You do not need to supplement with other workouts. If you choose to participate in class every day, we suggest that you alternate between cardio and strength training or take one of our Remixed Method classes.

  • If you’re injured…

    Please clear your injuries with a physician before you participate in a Remix class. We are not doctors; however, we are known to offer modifications for common injuries. We want to help make your Remix experience a great one, both safe and worthwhile when ready.

    For pregnancies…

    If you have been taking Remix classes regularly prior to pregnancy, Remix can continue to be a safe and effective exercise option while pregnant. Each person’s pregnancy is different, so we suggest that you consult with your doctor to ensure he/she is comfortable with you continuing to take class.

  • We are not nutritionists or dietitians; however, we do believe in leading a healthy and nutritious lifestyle. We believe in:

    …Practicing portion control, eating a variety of nutritious foods (plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins), drinking water, limiting sugar and sweets, not getting caught up in fad diets, not excessively depriving yourself (ends up doing more harm than good), getting enough sleep, AND exercising aka Remixing!

    Since we believe nutrition is such an important piece in one’s overall health and wellness, we offer a FREE one-on-one consultation with our very own registered dietitian and instructor Nicole when you become a member of Remix.

  • Remix was founded in 2018 by Mary Cate Wampler and Tricia Goodman after they felt frustration with the lack of variety at other small boutique studios. Remix is proud to be a local, women-owned business in Horsham as well as Plymouth Meeting, PA.
