Forms to be Signed
Before coming on the Remix Team, please be sure all of your paperwork is filled out and turned in.
Communication System
In order to be efficient, we communicate through Google Drive. If you are on the front desk team, you will receive a personalized Google Document that you are able to write down any questions, feedback, concerns. If you are in need of a faster response, email [email protected]. If you have an emergency, please call Remix at 215-366-5180.
In our Google Drive Sub Request Form, you’ll also find notes and procedures as well as reminders. There are also tabs included in the drive that include the schedule, the new members and retail items.
Sub Request System
If you are planning a vacation or personal time off, please request your subs in advance using our Google Drive Sub Request Form. If it’s a last minute emergency request within 24 hours, please use the Text Message Group. *Only respond in that group if you are able to sub.
