Ready to hit your goal weight?! Our Nutrition Challenge is here!
For 1 month we will solely focus on weight loss and fat burning! You will be given a short, precise plan to follow. You will lose 8-28 lbs. in 4 weeks (men usually lose more weight). You will be required to shop and prep according to the menu and follow portion sizes for your success. As you may know, our food supply nowadays has become toxic and even harmful to our health and hormone levels. We will eliminate some major culprits during these 4 weeks to see not only weight loss but improvement in gastrointestinal functioning, mood improvement, hormone balancing and overall feeling better! There will be time each week for us to meal prep during the talks on Sundays.
July 10th 11:30 am on Zoom Week 1- Fueling Properly. Start with a clean slate. 4 week meal plan reviewed and prep for week 1.
July 17th 11:30 am on Zoom Week 2- Fat Burning. The first 2 weeks is the most weight loss due to the shock of the body. We will discuss how to deal with your cravings and prep for week 2.
July 24th 11:30 am on Zoom Week 3- Detoxing. We will add in some super foods for detoxing, faster results and continued success and prep for week 3.
July 31st 11:30 am at Horsham Week 4- New You. By week 4 this is now a lifestyle you can follow and continue. We will prep for your final week!
The Nutrition Challenge is $60 for members & $120 for non-members. It is run by our nutritionist Nicole Schillinger and will be hosted on Sundays virtually via Zoom at 11:30 am. The fourth meeting will be held virtually & in-person so that we can get together as a community, bring a healthy dish and share our success stories!
