Get ready for a 60-minute experience in Cycle/Lift60, a two-part strength and cycling class designed to build total-body strength, power, and endurance. Led by expert instructors, this hybrid workout blends traditional weight training with an indoor cycling ride for a balanced, full-body training experience.

Expect around 25 minutes of strength training with heavier weights in a traditional lift format, combined with 25 minutes of an indoor cycling workout. The lift portion is all about muscle-building and high-impact strength work, helping improve form, increase lean muscle, and support long-term performance. While cycling, you’ll pedal to the beat of the music through sprints, climbs, and endurance intervals, then push into high-resistance cycling efforts designed to elevate heart rate, build leg strength, and improve cardiovascular endurance.
