Ready to Fall into Fitness? Join us for a challenge to get on track with healthy habits that we can keep for life.

How will it work?

  • Simply grab one of the scorecards (either print it out, grab one at the studio or submit the online version at the end of the challenge), and check off a box whenever you complete a healthy habit.

  • Throughout the month of October follow along on social media or check your email for healthy tips and tricks to stay on track.

  • At the end of the month, turn your scorecard in or submit your online version for a chance to win. The person with the MOST checks will win a Stakt mat! If we have a tie, we will draw a name out of the hat. Already have a stakt mat? We’ll get you a prize in equal value.
