Love Yourself Challenge


Join us for a special self care challenge throughout the month of February!

Here’s how it’ll work!

Step 1: Choose 1-3 self care goals for the month of February 

Self Care Challenge Ideas 

  • Exercise! Take Remix classes! 

  • Keep a gratitude journal 

  • Walk outside 

  • Organize a meal plan and keep to it 

  • Reduce your electronic use

  • Practice healthy sleep habits

  • Learn something new 

  • Do something nice for someone else 

  • Connect with friends and family 

  • Meditate, practice breathwork 

Step 2: Decide how often you will aim to work on your goal(s). Remember to make your goals SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-bound). Instead of going zero to 60, gradually add in yourself care. If you’re taking any fitness classes at all, start small, even 1-2 classes a week! The good news? You can always bump it up when you accomplish your goal!

Examples: 

  • Take at least 3-4 Remix classes throughout the month of February 

  • Get into bed by 8:00 pm 5 out of 7 days a week for the month of February 

  • Reduce the amount of time on social media by 50% for the month of February 

Step 3: Make your goals easier to accomplish! Get help! 

Examples: 

  • Meet with our registered dietitian and make use of My Chef for healthy meal planning 

  • Book your Remix classes ahead of time 

  • Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to wind down for bed 

  • Share your goal with a friend or us to help motivate you
