Love Yourself Challenge BINGO


Each square is a small act of self-love. Do the challenge, then sign your name in the square when it’s complete. Once you get 5 in a row (any direction), let us know at the front desk and pick a prize from our Love Yourself prize bin.

Challenges can be done in-studio, at home, or in real life. There’s no rush, no perfection, and no pressure. Honor your body, move at your own pace, and remember: if you showed up for yourself, it counts.

  • Try a class format you don’t usually take

  • Stretch for 10 minutes after class

  • Write down one thing you’re proud of this week

  • Give someone a compliment in the studio

  • Take at least 3 Remix classes in one week

  • Stay for the full cooldown

  • Wear your favorite Remix merch to class

  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier at least 3 times

  • Take at least one sweaty mirror selfie after class

  • Bring a friend or family member to class

  • Take at least 1 intentional rest day this month

  • Grab a heavier weight than usual in at least one class this month

  • Go for a 10-30 minute walk outside for at least 3 times this month

  • Dance it out before or after at least 1 class

  • Say no to at least 1 thing that drains you this month

  • Do one thing today just for you

  • Sit down and eat all meals in one day without multitasking

  • Try meditating or breathing for at least 2-5 minutes 3 times a week

  • Write down 3 things you’re thankful for at least 4 times this month

  • Add one extra serving of veggies per day for at least 3 days

  • Take 30 minutes to plan or prep healthy snacks you can take with you on the go

  • Book at least 3 classes in advance this month, and make sure you take them!

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early to at least 1 class and take 5 deep breaths.

  • Introduce yourself to one new person

  • Pass along a favorite song to one of your favorite instructors
