We’re excited to host a Postpartum Recovery Workshop at Remix, led by two incredible pelvic floor physical therapists from Restore PT. This workshop is designed to give you real, practical tools to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your body.
Join us after class on Wednesday, February 4th at 10:30am for an educational and empowering session focused on postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health.
We’ll cover: • Breathing and pressure management • Proper core engagement and why functional strength matters • Strategies for leaking • Pelvic floor opening exercises • A brief talk on how pelvic floor physical therapy can help
