Virtual Mixathon

We're taking the ultimate challenge- our mixathon- virtual! Join us Sunday, May 31st and put your strength and endurance to the test.

-How to participate? Full Mixathon = 45 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes of sculpt, 45 minutes of barre and a final 15 minute stretch. You can participate with of us on Zoom or sign up to receive videos/exercises (i.e. can substitute a run for cardio workout) to do at your own time throughout the day. Half Mixathon -> 2 45 minutes of any of the above

-Cost? $29, receive Zoom links for live classes and/recordings plus an awesome tank!
