For the almost 9 years that Jen has been teaching group fitness she loves bringing her energetic vibe to her constantly changing classes so expect to work every muscle and have fun doing it while feeling amazing!

Describe something about yourself that sounds like a lie, but is really true. 

I was very overweight and unhealthy when I was young. I wasn’t very active at all. I never played any sports, although I was a wrestling cheerleader for all 4 years of high school. (Yes, there is such a thing as wrestling cheerleaders where I come from!). I had enough of looking and feeling the way I did, so I changed my lifestyle and I have never looked back!!!

How do you plan out your classes? Do you write/type them out?

I type out my classes ( sometimes I even color code them!) I have a big accordion file of printouts of past classes and all kinds of exercise ideas sorted by muscle group and equipment type…the best part…I am happy to share all of it if you want some!!

If someone were to walk into your class, what word/phrase are you most likely saying? This is hard to narrow down…some things I know I say a lot are: You can smile when we are done! You got here, now make it worth your time! Yes you can do it, you know why I know this? Because you are already are doing it!
