Classes can be booked through the Remix Fitness app or through our website. Download our app by searching “Remix Fitness” in the app store. We recommend reserving in advance, especially for popular times.

If a spot opens, you’ll automatically be added to class and notified. Be sure to remove yourself if you can no longer attend to avoid a late cancel.

There is an 8-hour late cancel / no-show policy for all in-studio classes. Virtual classes are not included. We understand that emergencies happen, so if something comes up, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. If there’s bad weather like snow, please email us rather than removing yourself from class, as late charges are applied automatically. No-show and late cancel charges are processed automatically within 24 hours if you miss your reserved class.

We love that! Members receive a free guest pass each month, so it’s the perfect way to bring someone in to try a class with you. If they decide to join as a member, you’ll earn a $50 referral credit as a thank you from us.

Memberships are set to auto-renew. At the end of your 6- or 12-month term, your membership will continue unless you email us at least 30 days in advance to cancel.

Absolutely. We want you here mixing it up with us, but we also understand the importance of rest and recovery. If you’re injured or sick, you can place your membership on hold for 1 month at a time for up to 3 months. Just email us your request along with a doctor’s note. A $15 hold fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
