The first step is often the most challenging, so we want to celebrate you because you’re already there! **If you’re coming to class in person, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around. Okay, you’re all signed up… now what?!
What to Bring:
We have all the equipment you need right here at the studio, including mats, weights, bands, balls. Bring along a water bottle and towel. We have a water fountain and water bottles for purchase if you need.
Taking virtually? Instructors will give modifications to use if you have no equipment at home. You can take a look at each class description to find out what types of equipment instructor’s typically use in studio.
What to Wear:
Dress in comfortable, workout clothing. For barre, pilates and yoga classes, we recommend wearing sticky socks (we sell them in the studio!) For cardio, bootcamp, kickboxing, lift and combination classes, we recommend sneakers.
For spin classes, our bikes accommodate SPD cleats or sneakers.
Where to Go:
For in person classes, we have two studio locations with plenty of parking. We are located at 116 Welsh Road Horsham as well as 105 Plymouth Road Plymouth Meeting.
All of our virtual classes are held on zoom. You’ll receive a link to your email about an hour before class via fitgrid. *If you have not received a link 15 minutes before class, please send us an email.

That’s okay! You’re not alone! It can be intimidating walking in anywhere new. The good news is that we pride ourselves on taking the time to make you feel comfortable, welcomed and supported here. We offer modifications so ALL levels feel confident mixing it up!
