If you’re like most people, then you know how incredibly difficult it can be stay on track, motivated and find the time to workout. That’s why even though we offer class packages, we recommend our Remix membership if you want to get the biggest bang for your buck and reap all the benefits you can find at Remix.

So, if you’re already taken the plunge and joined Remix, we are SO excited for you. Yet, how do you know if you’re taking advantage of all of the perks you get as a member?

Here’s how to get the most out of your remix membership.

First, you can always check out the membership perks and head straight to the Members Only Portal which will give you access to resources, the on-demand portal and more. If you don’t have the password, you can email [email protected] to get the password.

  1. Take Classes!

First things first, you’re going to want to take classes if you want to get the most out of your Remix Membership. We upload our schedule a month in advance, so you can take the time to schedule and book your classes out so it’s like an appointment for yourself that you can’t miss. If you book in advance then it’s a great reminder to put it in your calendar.

Since March of 2019, we now offer a full schedule of live virtual classes. This is a great option if you’re running and don’t have enough time to make it to the studio. Nothing beats rolling right out of bed and pressing play for a class! Feel free to sign up for as many virtual classes as you’d like to get the link.

There are so many different class types and times, not to mention childcare, because we want to see you in class. If there’s a time that you’d like to see on the schedule, never hesitate to reach out to us because we are always looking to make an incredible experience for you here at Remix.

2. Book your one-on-ones!

A healthy diet and exercise program go hand-in-hand. Yet, so often there’s so much misinformation out there about what to eat and how often and how much. Instead of offering a cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all diet program or supplements, we have an incredible registered dietitian on staff who will take the time to get to know you and your schedule and dietary needs to come up with a personalized plan that’ll work for you. Did you know that you also get a VIP call with Mary Cate and Tricia? They will help talk you through the struggles you’re facing in getting motivated or any previous injuries or modifications you may need in class. 3. Take advantage of your discounts.
