Passover & Easter Themed Workouts To Do at Home

Though Passover and Easter are going to look a lot different while we are all quarantined, it doesn’t mean we can’t have at least a little bit of fun. Since my family celebrates both holidays, I thought I’d put together two fun workouts that you can do with your kids, by yourself or with anyone else staying home with you. Stay active and keep things interesting!

Take a 30 second active rest before moving on to complete the 10 exercises 9 times each. Take a 30 second active rest before moving on to complete the 10 exercises 8 times each. Continue on until you get to 1 rep for each exercises. Finish with a 4-5 minute cool down and stretch.

Easter Egg Workout

What You’ll Need: Plastic Easter Eggs, Paper, Pen/Printer

Directions: Write down or print out a few different exercises on small strips of paper, fill up your plastic Easter eggs with them, and scatter the eggs out in the yard.  Then, run to each egg and perform each movement until you get to the next egg. Once you’ve rounded up all the eggs, you can either call it a day or scatter them out again for a longer workout. If you have young toddlers, they can do the moves with you after you read them aloud. If you have older children, turn it into a game. Assign your kid(s) a color and see who can complete all the exercises first.I made sure to include exercises your kids will enjoy, like hop like a bunny, and more traditional exercises, like moving squats.
