The Reason Why Our Classes Aren't Just For People In Shape

Have you ever watched a professional baseball game?

Have you ever put yourself in the shoes of the batter? Imagine walking up to home plate and having to maintain your composure while you have thousands of fans watching a pitcher launch a 100 mph fastball two inches from your chest. And somehow you have to swing and make contact with that ball.

We wouldn’t blame you if you said, “I could never do that.”

Fortunately, our Remix classes are about a million times less scary than that, yet, so often we hear from people, “I could never do that…” or “I need to get in shape before I try a class.”

The Reason Why Our Classes Aren’t Just For People In Shape

We get how intimidating it can be to walk into a new gym or to try a new exercise. You may be feeling unsure or nervous or worried that someone may realize that you are new or that you are doing a movement wrong.

We’ve been there ourselves walking into big box gyms.

A big part of why we created Remix was because we loved the atmosphere of a small boutique. We loved that you could get to know the community and the instructors. We loved that the instructors took the time to get to know you.

So, when you walk into Remix you’ll be greeted by instructors and staff and members of our community and no matter what level you are starting from, we are all here for you. We are all working together towards of our own goals.

In each class, your instructor will offer different levels and options so you can have the best workout for YOU. They’ll also do it in a way where you won’t feel alone or called out because you are doing a different level. We are all in it together. You can connect with your instructor before or after class to let them know your apprehensions and modifications you may need. They are all here if you are unsure of a particular movement or exercise.

Members all receive a VIP call with Mary Cate and Tricia. You can use that time to discuss your goals and also any modifications you may need in class.

Bottom line: You don’t need to get in shape to try our classes. Our classes are for you whether you want to get in shape, stay in shape or take it to the next level.
