Here at Remix we often talk about the importance of variety- mixing it up is our motto after all. There's no doubt that Remix has the mix of classes you need to get healthy, stronger, build your endurance, tone up and more. Whatever your fitness goals may be, we can help. 

What about the motivation? Until spring comes (and let’s face it, even when spring comes), it can be a challenge to motivate yourself to stay healthy and workout. We can help with that too! Our smaller sized classes, welcoming staff and nonjudgemental, supportive community are here to hold you accountable, so you do achieve those goals. 

When it comes to achieving results, it takes both variety and community. Fortunately for all of our Remixers out there, we offer both.
