Remix HIIT
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. Your instructor will have your heart rate up while you move through a variety of different movements at your own pace. Increase your stamina and burn calories during this intense, but fun workout with exercises that can be both high impact and lower impact depending on your level.
Remixed Dance
You don’t need to be a dancer or coordinated to enjoy our Remixed Dance class. This high intensity class will have you both sweating and working muscles set to the beat of upbeat songs. While some dance classes require you to learn the choreographed movements in advance, our Remixed Dance is a class anyone can jump into and have an incredible time.
Legs/Glutes Remix
This class is just as fun as it sounds! We make every second count with this leg and glutes focused class. We’ll have your legs shaking and your glutes burning in the best way.
Arms/Core Remix
This class is just as fun as it sounds! We make every second count with this core and arms focused class. We’ll have your arms shaking and your abs burning in the best way.
Remix Tabata
You can do anything for 20 seconds, right? Challenge yourself with this high intensity workout. 45 minutes will fly by as you move through a series of exercises done for 20 seconds at a time followed by a 10 second active rest. You’ll hit every muscle, including your heart, and leave feeling ready to tackle anything thrown your way.
Remix Bootcamp
Work at your own pace as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Remixed Bootcamp class!
The Ultimate Mix
Join us for the ultimate mix class! Just about all of our classes rolled into one, including, but not limited to Tabata, HIIT, bootcamp, sculpt, barre, pilates, dance and kickboxing. It's going to be such a blast!
